How did this happen?
After three decades building brands and products for Fortune 100 companies, I’ve shifted my focus from pixels and presentations to property and people. Real estate isn’t a reinvention for me, it’s a natural continuation of the work I’ve always done: listening closely, building trust, solving problems, and helping others see what’s possible.
Behind the scenes, I’ve spent years managing rentals, remodeling homes, and slowly restoring a neglected piece of land we now call home. These days, you’ll usually find me on five acres in Snohomish, running machines, uncovering what time and weather have buried, or planning the next stretch of sweat equity.
Our three kids are older now, and my wife is running her own business. That’s given me the space to step into this new chapter with both feet on the ground and a fresh sense of purpose. I missed working with people helping them navigate big decisions, celebrate wins, and feel at home in the process.
My approach is simple: be honest, show up, listen well, and follow through. Whether you're buying, selling, renting, or just trying to figure out what’s next, I’d be honored to help.
